Ingredients

g carrots

g carrots

slices fresh pineapple

sprigs mint

ml mineral water

teaspoon pollen (optional)

ice cubes (optional)

Peel the Zespri SunGold kiwifruit and carrots and then chop into small pieces. Remove the mint leaves from the stems and wash them.

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Add the ice cubes and blend for a few seconds until you have a nice, completely blended mixture.

Pour the smoothie mixture into 4 large glasses.
