Flavour:

This wine is a bright colour with intense hints of violet.
The nose is expressive and rich, with notes of ripe dark fruits.
On the palate, the oaky notes have mellowed to produce a wine that overall is extremely harmonious with a long, smooth finish. To fully enjoy this wine, we advise that you decant it one hour before serving it at a temperature of 16-18°C.


Pairs well with:

  • Roasted leg of lamb

  • Roast beef

  • Quails with mushroom stuffing

  • Camembert, Langres and Saint-Albray cheese

The vineyard covers 10 hectares, on top of a plateau south-east of the village of Lalande. On this sandy-loamy terroir, the vines are cared for with painstaking work, based on sustainable farming methods focussed on protecting the environment and animal health and well-being. This wine contains 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc.

It is sold in wooden crates of 6 bottles.
