Wild Mushroom and Chunky Bacon Toasties

Topped with Melted Raclette Cheese

Ingredients:

slices pain de campagne (large white loaf)

g wild mushrooms

g chunky bacon

cuisse de poulet shallot (long and round)

garlic cloves

g butter

slices raclette cheese

sprigs of parsley
olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

Take a frying pan and sweat the bacon in the olive oil. Wash and prepare the wild mushrooms, add them to the pan and then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Add the finely chopped shallot and garlic cloves. Next add the butter and sweat for 5-6 minutes.

Toast the sliced bread either in the oven, a frying pan or toaster.

Spread the mushroom mixture over the slices of toast, place the raclette cheese on top and bake in the oven at 200 °C until the cheese starts to melt.

Serve with the chopped parsley sprinkled on top and a nice green leaf salad.
