watermelon

g Alnatura natural coconut (vegan alternative to yoghurt)

tsp Alnatura coconut-almond paste

tbsp Alnatura coconut flakes
2
tbsp roasted and salted pistachios (unshelled)

tbsp Alnatura cocoa coconut flakes

g berries
2
stalks mint
2
tbsp Alnatura ‘Hafer-Crunchy’ oat clusters

Cut the watermelon into 1 cm thick slices and arrange these as pieces of a tart. Mix the yoghurt alternative with the coconut-almond paste and spread evenly over the pieces of the tart.

Wash the mint and shake dry. Wash the berries and leave to dry. Roughly chop or neatly slice the toppings, depending on your preference, and sprinkle over the slices of the tart.
