Vitamin bars with seeds, dried fruit and goji berries – 100% BIO

Ingredients

1/2
cup oat flakes
1/2
cup honey
1/2
cup almonds
1/3
cup dates
1/3
cup raisins
2
tablespoons sesame seeds
8
tablespoons Goji berries

Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper (large enough for ten bars).

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except the honey.

In a frying pan, bring the honey to the boil. Then over a gentle heat leave it to simmer for 5 minutes while stirring regularly (otherwise it will burn). Next pour ¾ of the honey into the dried fruit and seed mixture and combine thoroughly.

You can adjust the amount of honey to your liking.

Press the mixture firmly into the baking tray and leave to cool for 1 to 2 hours before cutting it into bars.

An airtight jar is the best way to store your bars and they will keep at ordinary room temperature for 3 days. You may also freeze them.
