To serve: Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes and decorate with fresh blueberries.

Ingredients :

g soy milk

To serve: maple syrup and blueberries

Combine all the ingredients and leave the batter to rest for 1 hour so that it fluffs up and is less flat than if you were to use it straightaway.

Cook the pancakes in your favourite frying pan.
