Ingredients

small bread buns (e.g. with pumpkin seeds)

g cream cheese with herbs

red onion, thinly sliced

avocado, sliced

g cabbage, finely grated

Beetroot sprouts
For meat eaters

turkey fillets

Salt, black pepper, olive oil, mild chilli powder

Gently fry the sliced red onion in a frying pan with a little olive oil

Halve the bread buns and lightly toast the insides

Season the turkey fillets and grill

Assemblage

Spread the herby cream cheese over the bread bun halve

Place the onion on top of the cream cheese, the sliced avocado on top of the onion and finally the grated cabbage on top of the avocado.

For those who eat meat, cut the turkey fillets in 2 and place the meat on top of the vegetables

Sprinkle the beetroot sprouts on top of the meat or cabbage

Spread a small knob of herby cream cheese on top of the remaining bread bun halves before crowning your burgers

Tip : Delicious eaten hot as a burger or cold as a sandwich
