Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Transfer the chicken pieces to an oven proof dish and roast in the oven at 190°C for 30 minutes.
Remove the dish from the oven and spread the honey and hazelnut mixture over the chicken pieces. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the hazelnuts have turned a lovely caramelised colour.
Ideas to accompany the chicken : Fresh tagliatelle, plain risotto or a nice seasonal salad.
