Mix the salt into the flour. Dilute the baker’s yeast in 50ml warm water and the olive oil.

Ingredients :

For 2 pizzas, you’ll need:
400
g wholemeal wheat flour
400
ml warm water
2
teaspoons baker’s yeast
1
tablespoon salt
5
tablespoons olive oil
For the pizza topping, you’ll need:
1
tin sweetcorn
100
g cherry tomatoes
1
broccoli head
1
red onion
1
orange chili pepper
250
ml tomato sauce
*
Oregano
*
Basil
100
g mozzarella

Mix the salt into the flour.

Dilute the baker’s yeast in 50ml warm water and the olive oil.

Pour this over the flour and stir. Next add the rest of the water, stirring all the time until the dough no longer sticks (add flour if necessary).

Leave the dough to rest for two hours. It will rise and be soft and elastic.

Halve the dough and sprinkle some flour over your worktop. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into two pizza bases.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Chop the vegetables into small pieces.

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough and arrange the vegetables in a rainbow shape: red onion, cherry tomatoes, chili pepper, sweetcorn and broccoli.

Then add the mozzarella, oregano and basil.

Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
