For 1 spring form tin (ø 26 cm)
g Alnatura quinoa
tsp Alnatura balsamic vinegar of Modena
-2 tsp Alnatura dried oregano
Alnatura sea salt
Alnatura oil for frying
-5 Alnatura Origin dried tomatoes in oil
Alnatura Origin Kalamon olives
Alnatura Origin chilli peppers
veggie "salami"
-4 tsp Alnatura tomato and basil spread
Cheese (optional)

Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the packet.

In a blender, mix to a smooth paste with the balsamic vinegar, dried oregano and some sea salt.

Line the bottom of the springform tin with baking paper, brush the edges with a little oil.

With wet hands, spread the quinoa paste evenly over the tin and pat smooth.

Cook in a preheated oven (200 °C top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.

For the topping, cut the dried tomatoes in oil into strips, halve the Kalamon olives, finely chop the chilli peppers and cut the veggie "salami" into slices.

Take the pizza base out of the oven, spread with the tomato and basil paste and the topping ingredients

Top with cheese if you wish. Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Remove the pizza from the tin with a knife and serve hot.
