The really special thing about the shake and bake pizza is that all the ingredients (including for the dough) are simply shaken together in a bowl.
100 g
frozen spinach
Alnatura Origin dried tomatoes
Alnatura Origin chilli peppers
150 g
Alnatura wheat flour type 550
50 g
Alnatura spelt flour type 1050
100 ml
lukewarm water
packet Alnatura baking yeast
2 tbsp
Alnatura extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp
Alnatura dried Italian herbs
50 g
pine kernels
Alnatura sea salt
Ground black pepper
Oil for the baking sheet
25 g
Parmigiano Reggiano
fresh basil leaves

Defrost the spinach and squeeze out the liquid.

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Finely chop the spinach, fresh and dried tomatoes and peppers.

Put all the ingredients except the Parmigiano Reggiano and the basil in a bowl, cover tightly with a lid and shake well.

Put the dough on an oiled baking sheet, shape into a round and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the Parmigiano Reggiano, finely chop the basil leaves and sprinkle over the pizza.
