Peanut and avocado sandwich

Ingredients for 4 sandwiches

small Romaine lettuce
aripe avocados
Alnatura lemon juice
slices of Alnatura whole grain rye bread
jar Alnatura crunchy peanut butter
Alnatura sea salt
Alnatura black pepper
Also: Greaseproof paper

Remove the centre from the lettuce and separate it into individual leaves.

Peel and halve the avocados and remove the stones.

Cut the flesh lengthways into thin slices.

Marinate the avocado slices in a little lemon juice to prevent them from going brown.

Spread the slices of bread generously with peanut butter.

Top each slice of bread with half a sliced avocado and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Place 2-3 lettuce leaves on the avocado and finish with the second slice of bread and peanut butter.

Gently press down on the sandwich, wrap it in greaseproof paper and cut in half with a sharp knife, either immediately or when required.
