For the quiche: Blend together the eggs, milk, flour and Feta cheese.
To this mixture add the onion, pepper, olives, tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, then stir together thoroughly.
Prepare a 26cm baking tin by wiping the bottom and side with olive oil and sprinkling flour over them.
Pour the mixture in and bake at 200°C for about 50 minutes.
For the tzatziki : Peel the cucumber and then grate it.
Add a little sea salt, leave to disgorge for 30 minutes, and then gently squeeze to get rid of any surplus water.
Stir together the garlic and cucumber and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add 250g Greek yoghurt.
Season to taste with Guérande sea salt.
