Nicecream sandwiches with berries

Ingredients:

large bananas

g Alnatura berry mix (deep-frozen)
150
ml Alnatura soya drink unsweetened

Alnatura spelt biscuits

Peel bananas, cut into rough chunks and place in the freezer for at least 5 hours.

Quickly puree the frozen banana pieces, berries and quinoa drink (alternatively soya drink) in a high-speed mixer on the highest setting, until smooth.

If you don’t own a high-speed mixer, you can freeze the mixture in a metal bowl, stirring it every 30 min. with a spoon. That way, the ice remains creamy and does not crystallise too much.

Prepare the ice-biscuit sandwiches and place in the freezer for a further 3 hour

Spread the ice-cream mix 1 cm thick onto the insides of 5 biscuits (e.g. Alnatura hazelnut waffles or Alnatura spelt biscuits), using a thin spatula or a knife. Put the remaining biscuits on top like a lid, and smooth off the edges all round with the spatula or knife. Place the sandwiches on a tray covered with baking paper and freeze for a further 3 hours.
