With guacamole and tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

For the cocktail:

cl Sauza Blanco tequila

cl lime juice

cl ginger beer
Crushed ice
For the guacamole:

rip avocados
2
medium sized tomatoes
1
onion
2
tbsp lime juice
Salt
Freshly grounded black pepper
Fresh coriander

Cocktail preparation:

Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.

Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Add the lime juice and tequila. Shake.

Pour through a sieve into a copper mug.

Add ginger beer and top up with crushed ice.

Decorate with a slice of lime zest.

Guacamole preparation :

Cut the avocadoes in halves, throw the stone away, remove the flesh and mash with a fork.

Wash the coriander and chop finely.

Cut tomatoes and onion into small dices.

Mix all ingredients.

Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Serve Tortilla Chips for dipping.
