tbsp maple syrup

ml olive oil

tsp tandoori spice

tsp anise seeds
juice of one lemon
basil
salt
black pepper

Cut the chuck steak into cubes.

Finely chop the onions and basil leaves.

Then combine all the ingredients and leave the meat to marinate for 24 hours in the fridge.

Thread the marinated meat onto skewers.
