Ingredients :

For 8 patties, you’ll need:

sweet peppers

carrots

courgette
1
onion

g garden peas

egg

tablespoons flour

Salt

Black pepper

Olive oil

Wash the vegetables and then grate them.

Mix together the grated vegetables, egg and flour. Season with salt and black pepper.

Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes.

Pour a dash of olive oil into a frying pan and heat.

Using your hands, shape the patties and then fry on both sides for about 2-3 minutes.
