Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place all the different fruits in a large bowl and then add the jam and chocolate chips and mix together.
Next transfer this fruit mixture either to one large ovenproof dish or individual ovenproof ramekin dishes.
To make the crumble topping, take a large bowl and mix together the rolled oats, chickpea flour, ground almonds, brown cane sugar, coconut oil and sachet of vanilla sugar.
Rub the ingredients with your fingers until the crumble topping has a coarse crumb texture.
Spread this crumble mixture over the fruit and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Leave the fruit crumble to cool for a few moments before you eat it.
TIPS NATURE ELEMENTS : The best way to serve this crumble is with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or soy- or rice-based vanilla whipped cream. Obviously you have an unlimited choice of fruit, but always try to use seasonal fruit.
