Ingredients:

Makes about 500 g pesto
300
g lamb's lettuce

 g Alnatura pumpkin seeds, toasted
50
g Parmesan, grated
150
 ml Alnatura olive oil
2
tbsp pumpkin oil
Alnatura sea salt
Alnatura pepper

Put all the ingredients except the oil in a tall container and purée with a hand blender.

Then stir in the oil and season with salt and pepper.
