Slice the cod fillet into strips. Place the flour and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls. Add the spices to the bowl. 

Ingredients :

For 12 fish fingers, you’ll need:
300
g cod fillet

tablespoons flour

eggs
5
tablespoons breadcrumbs
1
teaspoon salt
1
teaspoon paprika
0,5
tablespoon garlic powder

Pepper

Butter

lemon

Slice the cod fillet into strips.

Place the flour and breadcrumbs in two separate bowls. Add the spices to the bowl containing the breadcrumbs.

Crack the eggs into a third bowl and beat them.

Dip the cod fingers into the flour, then coat them in beaten egg and finally roll them in the breadcrumbs until covered.

Fry the fingers on both sides for 2-3 minutes until they turn nice and golden.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice.
