Mix the millet and spelt flakes in a bowl.
Finely chop the mango pieces and ginger and add to the mixture.
Mix the acacia honey, natural yoghurt and milk in another bowl.
Divide the millet and spelt flakes mixture between muesli bowls, stir in the natural yoghurt mixture and sprinkle with coconut chips.
