Garden Pea Cappuccino with Prawn Skewers

Ingredients

g garden peas Alnatura

tablespoons lemon juice Alnatura

g prawns with herbs and garlic

ml whole milk

tablespoons butter for frying

ml hot water

Finely chop the garlic and onion

Dice the sweet potato

Melt the butter over a medium heat and cook the diced sweet potato for 2 minutes

In a pan, dissolve the bouillon powder in the hot water and leave to simmer over a gentle heat for about10 minutes

Add the peas and cook for 10 minutes

Purée the pea soup and season with the lemon juice

In a frying pan, fry the prawns and then thread onto skewers

Heat the milk – but don’t let it boil –and then froth it

Pour the soup into 2 cups/glasses, add the foamed milk and a little pepper and serve with the prawn skewers.
