Preparation time : 20 minutes. Cooking time: 15 minutes + 8 minutes. Dice the sweet potato into cubes and mix with the olive oil, Guérande sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes until the sweet potato turns a brownish colour.
Useful to know : You can make these tartlets in advance; it takes no time to assemble them at the end. If you don’t have a tartlet tin, you can also cut out circles or squares and fold the edges over.
