The previous day, pour the green tea into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Mix the coconut rice drink, the apple and mango juice and the lime juice in a container.
Pour the elderflower and blackcurrant fruit sauce into the bottom of the four glasses.
Add the green tea ice cubes and carefully pour over the mixed juices.
Garnish with mint and serve with a straw.
Tip: If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can sweeten the cocktail with a little Alnatura coconut flower syrup.
