Ingredients:

g Alnatura jumbo oats

g Alnatura golden linseed
15
g Alnatura sunflower seeds
15
g Alnatura unpeeled sesame seeds

tsp Alnatura ground Ceylon cinnamon

pinch Alnatura sea salt

tbsp Alnatura Grade A maple syrup

g Alnatura banana chips
20
g Alnatura coconut chips

g Alnatura Genießer Mix (nut and cranberry mixture)
Alnatura fresh full-fat milk or natural yoghurt
Fresh fruit of your choice

Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat.

Mix together the oats, golden linseed, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt. Add the maple syrup and mix well.

Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes, turning occasionally. Then switch off the oven.

Sprinkle over the banana and coconut chips and the Genießer Mix and leave for about 5-10 minutes to become crispy in the residual heat of the oven.

Cool a little and serve with milk or yoghurt as preferred, and fresh seasonal fruit.

Tip: The muesli can be kept in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
