Crémant sparkling wine with passion fruit

Preparation time

This is delicious to accompany salmon and cream cheese wraps.

Ingredients :

For the cocktail:
cl lime juice
cl Grand Marnier
passion fruit
Crémant Häremillen (sparkling wine)
For the wraps:
g smoked salmon
g cream cheese
Fresh chives
Freshly grounded black pepper
pack of wraps

Cocktail preparation:

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.

Chill the glass with crushed ice. Remove the ice.

Put the lime juice, passion fruit and Grand Marnier in the chilled glass. Top off with Crémant.

Stir carefully. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Wrap preparation:

Chop the chives and mix it with the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread with cream cheese mix and top with smoked salmon.

Roll the wraps, cover with cling film and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cut them into 2 cm thick rolls.

You can also use pancake dough instead of wraps.
