Creamy Verrines with Smoked Salmon

Verrines with avocado mousse and lovely smoked salmon.
Quick and easy to make, everyone will love them!


(for 9 servings)
slices smoked salmon
ripe avocadoes
small 250-ml tub double cream
Juice of ½ untreated lemon
bunch dill
Salt and black pepper

Peel the avocadoes. Cut up the flesh and place in your blender.

Add the double cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Wash and then dry the dill with kitchen paper and add to the blender.

Blend until you have a creamy avocado mousse.

Next cut the smoked salmon slices into small pieces.

Fill each verrine halfway with the avocado mousse and then arrange the smoked salmon pieces on top.
