Cactus fresh fondue mixture to make at home

Pour 4 Personnes
500 g
Swiss Cactus Fondue
200 ml
white wine
20 g
Maïzena
1
garlic clove
Kirsch
salt, black pepper, nutmeg

Rub the bottom of a cast-iron fondue dish with a garlic clove. Pour 150 to 200 ml white wine into the fondue dish and bring to the boil.

In the meantime, dissolve 20 g corn flour in a little white wine. Add the Cactus swiss fondue along with the corn flour mixture to the fondue dish and stir thoroughly.

Once the cheese has melted, season it with a dash of kirsch, salt, black pepper and nutmeg according to taste.
