Ingredients:

500
g tomatoes
Pepper / sea salt
3
tbsp olive oil
2
tbsp balsamic vinegar
2
tsp raw cane sugar
2
mozzarella cheeses
Basil

Slice the tomatoes and arrange on a large plate or platter.

Season with salt and pepper. Then pour the oil evenly over the tomato slices.

Mix the vinegar with the sugar and pour this over the tomatoes, too.

Slice the mozzarella and lay on top of the tomatoes.

Wash the basil leaves, pat dry, sprinkle over the mozzarella and then serve the salad.
