Boil the bulgur wheat for 10 minutes and then drain.
Wash the fruit and vegetables. Finely chop the pepper, grapes, cherry tomatoes and radish. Peel and dice the avocado. Finely chop the fresh coriander.
To make the dressing, stir together the olive oil, mustard and honey.
Mix thoroughly and season with salt and black pepper.
Place all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well with the dressing.
Enjoy this salad outside on the patio with a nice bottle of chilled white wine and a loaf of organic bread!
