Cook the bulgur wheat according to the instructions on the packet and drain.
Drain the chickpeas and add to the bulgur wheat.
Finely chop the onion, dill and parsley. Stir into the salad with the pine kernels and cranberries.
Halve the cucumber and remove the seeds. Chop the cucumber and feta cheese and add to the mixture.
Grate the zest of one orange, squeeze out the juice. Add zest and juice.
Make a salad dressing from the juice of the second orange, the oil, vinegar, mustard and agave nectar. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Finally, chop the rocket and sprinkle over.
