Ingredients :

200
g buckwheat flour
100
ml whole milk
100
ml water

eggs (medium-size)
1
pinch salt

tablespoons sunflower oil

Take a large bowl and add the flour, milk, water, eggs and salt and whisk together until you get a smooth batter. Leave the batter to rest for about 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Cook your pancakes until they are nice and golden.

Serving suggestions : If you’d like to make savoury pancakes, we suggest you serve them either with salmon and fromage frais or with tomatoes and goat’s cheese. As a dessert or sweet pancake, they’ll taste really delicious with sugar or with hazelnut spread, jam or fruit compote.
