Ingredients:

g Alnatura wheat flour 1050 (darker, wholegrain)
50
g Alnatura puffed amaranth
1
packet Alnatura Bourbon vanilla sugar
1
pinch Alnatura sea salt

eggs
300
ml Alnatura long-life low-fat alpine milk, 1.5%
Alnatura rapeseed oil for cooking

Mix the flour, puffed amaranth, vanilla sugar and salt.

Beat with the eggs, milk and mineral water to form a smooth batter.

Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan.

And make small pancakes using 2 tablespoons of batter for each.
