Ingredients:

150
g Alnatura wholegrain wheat flour

Alnatura eggs
250
ml Alnatura fresh full-fat milk
1
tsp Alnatura cream of tartar baking powder
1
tbsp Alnatura raw cane sugar
1
pinch Alnatura ground Ceylon cinnamon
1
pinch ground cardamom
Alnatura oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth, thick batter and leave to stand for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and brush with oil. Pour in enough batter to make pancakes about 10 cm in diameter. As soon as the tops are dry, turn over the pancakes to finish cooking.

Tip: The pancakes should be thick, soft and cake-like. They taste great served with sugar beet syrup and whipped cream, chocolate hazelnut spread or peanut butter. They can also be accompanied by any kind of berries.
