An intense ruby red colour, this wine has a floral nose with hints of ripe red fruit. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and well-rounded, with notes of dark chocolate and spices, and has a lovely, lingering finish. To fully enjoy this wine, we advise that you decant it one hour before serving it at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Pairs well with:
- Italian charcuterie
- Chocolate desserts

Damien Lassance, our expert, talks about this wine
Made in the region of Piedmont, in the heart of the Langhe and Monferrato winegrowing area, this wine contains 85% Barbera and 15% Nebbiolo. The grapes are handpicked and very carefully selected, spread out on tables in the cellar.
Controlled-temperature vinification is followed by ten days of pellicular maceration with daily turning (remuage). Afterwards, the wine is matured in oak barrels for three months.
