Intense colour, with hints of blues and purples. Spicy nose, with aromas of brandy-preserved fruits, Morello cherry jam and strawberries. An appealing freshness on the palate, with smooth and silky tannins, a good, well-balanced structure and a finish that is pleasingly fruity and spicy.

At the heart of the designated region of Languedoc, the Domaine de Fabrègues covers 40 hectares of vines planted on the slopes of the Terrasses de Pézenas, nestling into the mountains of the Cévennes and the Montagne noire. Carine Pichot, driven by the desire to create wines that resemble the region – wines to evoke sensations, between classic and surprise – took on the property with a view to lending its wines a personal signature. Thus each terroir is devoted to a single variety, in order to offer the best to each of the estate’s wines. Each grape variety is harvested and made into wine separately: one parcel for one vat!
