Château Castel des Maures is located in Hyères by the Mediterranean, on the slopes of the Sauvebonne Valley. This is one of those truly exceptional rosé wines because of the amount of care taken with the vines to produce healthy, perfectly ripe grapes and also with the wine-making process, which uses small volumes and where all the stages of cold fermentation are carefully followed to obtain as much flavour as possible from the grapes.
Production is deliberately restricted to 45 hectolitres per hectare so that the vines can deliver maximum concentration by drawing from the terroir and ensuring that the grapes are beautifully ripe.
