The tenth episode of "Theresa – Freed um Kachen" is all about cheese. Theresa meets Benoît Dohogne on the Schanck-Haff organic farm in Hupperdange. Benoît is the master cheesemaker at the dairy where the famous "Hëpperdanger Kéis" cheese is made. In Hupperdange he is responsible mainly for the production of the organic hard and sliced cheese. The Hëpperdanger Kéis is now marketed under the name "Eislécker Kéis".
This week Theresa cooks with David Giacomini. He grew up in a Franco-Italian family and has two siblings. He works here in Luxembourg at the LTPES as a biology teacher. However, his true passion is magic. For the last 5 years he has been working part-time as a professional magician in the field of mentalism (psychic entertainment). Today David is magicking up a delicious cheese soufflé with autumn lamb's lettuce salad for us.
