Cauliflower, Our November Favourite
Cauliflower belongs to the cabbage family, called crucifers, and is known for stimulating our immune defence system. Like all cabbages, cauliflower helps us keep healthy, energetic and slim, because although it contains few calories, it is still high in vitamins, especially vitamin C, and is an excellent source of fibre. Cauliflower can be used in lots of different ways, try grating it into salads – absolutely delicious!
