Tofu and falafel skewers (vegan)

Ingredients:

clove of garlic

g Alnatura basil tofu

tbsp Alnatura extra virgin olive oil
• Ground paprika
Sea salt
Dried oregano
Black pepper

170 g Alnatura dry falafel mix (1 packet)

cocktail tomatoes

Chop the garlic. Put the tofu in a baking dish. Sprinkle over the olive oil, ½ tsp each of ground paprika, sea salt and oregano with a little black pepper and the garlic, and leave to drain for 1 hour.

Prepare the falafel mix as shown on the packet. Form into 16 evenly sized balls and brush with a little oil.

Cook on the grill or a griddle for about 5 minutes on each side.

Peel the onions and cut into eight pieces, then grill with the marinated tofu and the cocktail tomatoes for about 5 minutes on each side.

Cut the tofu and cucumber into thin slices, divide the onions into segments.

Put the slices of tofu, pieces of onion, cocktail tomatoes, slices of cucumber and falafel balls on the skewers.
