Tempura banana kebabs

Ingredients:

150
g Alnatura wheat flour type 550 (all-purpose)

tsp Alnatura cream of tartar baking powder
250
ml water
1
jar Alnatura ghee
4
bananas
2
tbsp Alnatura German blossom honey

kebab sticks

Put the water in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Mix the flour with the cream of tartar.

Stir in the ice-cold water. Preheat the oven to 170 °C then heat the ghee in an ovenproof pan. Keep warm on the hob.

Halve the bananas and cut each half into 4 pieces.

Thread 4 pieces on each kebab stick.

Coat the kebabs in the tempura batter and cook immediately in the ghee until crisp.

Drain on kitchen paper.

Serve the blossom honey with the kebabs as a dip.
