Tasty waffle sandwiches on sticks

Ingredients:

For 8 sandwiches

g Alnatura Origin Kalamon olives
80
g quark cheese

g Alnatura red pesto
Alnatura sea salt, Alnatura black pepper

Alnatura spelt and fresh egg waffles

punnet of salad cress
Also: Toothpicks

Cut the olives into small pieces.

Mix the quark and pesto in a bowl.

Add the olives to the quark and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the waffles into quarters.

Cut the cress with kitchen scissors.

Place 8 waffle quarters side by side and spread each with 1 heaped teaspoon of quark and some cress.

Pierce each of the other 8 waffle pieces with a toothpick and place on top of the filled waffles.
