Ingredients:

g raspberries (frozen)

g frozen banana

ml carrot juice
Topping
Finely chopped fruit (1 small orange, 1 kiwi fruit, 1 small apple)

heaped tbsp Alnatura Crunchy oats

tbsp Alnatura coconut chips

1 tsp Alnatura chia seeds*

Mix the ingredients for the smoothie to a fine purée in an electric mixer or with a hand-held blender.

Pour into two bowls, arrange the toppings prettily, dig in and enjoy.

 

* According to the Novel Foods regulations, the maximum daily portion is 15 g. To be eaten with plenty of liquid, because chia seeds absorb so much water.
