Ingredients

red onion
1
clove of garlic

Alnatura Origin chilli peppers

tbsp Alnatura Origin Kalamon olives

cocktail tomatoes

fresh basil leaves
200
g Alnatura spaghetti
350
ml Alnatura passata
300
ml water
4
tsp Alnatura capers
1
tsp Alnatura oregano, crushed
1/2
tsp Alnatura Italian herbs
2
tbsp Alnatura extra virgin olive oil

Alnatura sea salt
*
Alnatura black pepper

Cut the peeled onion and garlic into chunks, slice the chilli peppers and olives.

Halve 10 of the cocktail tomatoes, put the remaining 10 aside.

Roughly chop the basil leaves.

Put all the ingredients except the saved tomatoes in a pan with the water and bring to the boil.

Simmer for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Chop the remaining cocktail tomatoes and add to the mixture.

Season with salt and pepper.
