Ingredients:

400
g vanilla white chocolate
100
g Alnatura fine bitter chocolate
250
g Alnatura wholegrain butter biscuits

tsp "Sissis Sünd" seasoning (e.g. from Herbaria)

g low-fat quark

g crème fraîche

Bourbon vanilla pod

organic lemon

tbsp Alnatura strawberry fruit spread

tsp Alnatura cornflour

Biscuit base:
Melt the white and dark chocolate in separate bowls over a pan of hot water. Set the melted white chocolate aside to add to the quark. Crush the biscuits with a rolling pin and mix in the "Sissis Sünd" seasoning and the melted bitter chocolate. Line a springform tin with baking paper, add the biscuit mixture and spread out evenly.

Quark mixture:
Beat the quark, crème fraîche, seeds from the vanilla pod, lemon zest and melted white chocolate in an electric mixer until smooth. Spread the quark mixture over the biscuit base.

Topping:
Heat the jam. Mix the cornflour in a little cold water until smooth and add to the jam. Bring to the boil, leave to cool briefly and then purée in a mixer until smooth. Spread the topping evenly over the quark mixture. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serve garnished with a few fresh strawberries.
