Depending on what I fancy, Cactus meat counters offer me a choice of typical home-made specialities. Whether it’s Cactus ham or some nice sausages to grill, there’s always something tasty to satisfy everyone.

Our very own charcuterie is prepared in our production facilities in Bertrange, where we produce a wonderful array of seasonal and regional specialities for you. Our advertising campaign “Mäi Goût vu Lëtzebuerg” (My Taste of Luxembourg) is all about demonstrating the pride we take in these products which we prepare ourselves.

You’ll find them in our stores under the name “Cactus Hausgemaacht”.

I demand the very strictest quality

Our “100% Naturel” label is used for our own meat products which are prepared without any colouring or preservatives. The entire Cactus range of minced-meat products, including Cactus fresh sausages and marinated meats, boasts this label.

I love trying out new artisanal charcuterie products

We’d like you to try our Cactus beef saucisson, made from a mix of 100% “Cactus Rëndfleesch vum Lëtzebuerger Bauer” local beef with approximately ¾ lean meat and ¼ fat, which is delicately seasoned and put into a natural beef casing before being smoked over beech and oak sawdust.
