Ingredients

Makes approx. 20 balls

g Alnatura stoned dates

g Alnatura dried figs

g Alnatura walnut kernels

g Alnatura grated coconut

tablespoon Alnatura Matcha green tea

tablespoons Alnatura agave syrup, according to taste

tablespoons grated coconut, to coat the balls

Leaving aside the 1-2 tablespoons of grated coconut used to coat the balls, place all the other ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a mixture you can knead.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into walnut-size balls and then roll them in the grated coconut until well coated.
