Ingrédients

apple

kiwi fruit

 g fresh spinach

ml fennel juice
50
ml water
Garnish: fresh fennel

Blend all ingredients to a fine puree in an electric blender.

Then chill until ready to serve. Garnish with fennel before serving.

If you have a high-powered blender and like your smoothies ice-cold, you can use frozen bananas as this gives the best consistency. However, this can damage some blenders, so it is best to check in advance whether yours is powerful enough to chop frozen fruit.

Serve the smoothies in chilled glasses.
